Description of services
Orders
- All orders must be placed by 11:00 a.m. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be delivered on Monday. Orders placed on Monday and Tuesday will be delivered on Wednesday. Orders placed on Wednesday and Thursday will be delivered on Friday.
Delivery
- We only deliver in three states in Malaysia which is Melaka, Kuala Lumpur, and Johor for free of charge. It is only applicable for purchases above RM100. For any purchases below RM100, an additional charge will be incurred for delivery services depending on the distance basis. Besides, we only do delivery on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday to guarantee our fresh, baked-to-order cookies are delivered.
Packaging
- Custom baskets are also available at our company. This basket comes in many shape and sizes for different occasion.
Customization
- The Cookie Jar provides a customization to tailor our customer’s special needs. We change the shape of our cookies 7 months out of the year to coordinate with the festive seasons .
Membership
- This membership is free of charge. Our members can benefit form this membership programs in many ways. Once signed up they are entitled to receive our newsletter every month.
